Looking to sell my airplane, which is in excellent condition and has flown for only 22 hours since it was built in 2022. The aircraft is powered by a Rotax 912 ULS engine, which has only 800 hours of use, and features a sturdy Herkules two-bladed propeller. 

In terms of avionics, the airplane is outfitted with a Trig radio and a Transponder, making for clear and easy communication with air traffic control. Additionally, it has a dual instrument system that provides pilots with essential information to ensure a safe and comfortable flight.
