Blackshape BS100

Description

For sale is a German-registered airplane with a maximum takeoff weight of 600kg and a ROTAX 912 ULS with 100 horsepower. This Italian tandem-two seater, the Blackshape Prime 100, is constructed entirely out of carbon fiber and can be optionally equipped with a motor that ranges from 100 to 165 horsepower, depending on the country's regulations. It was developed in three different versions for both civilian and military markets.

The Prime 100 can reach a maximum cruising speed of 270 km/h and has an economical cruising speed of approximately 250 km/h. It has an innovative full glass cockpit with integrated PFD, MFD, and NAV avionics (Dynon Skyview). Additionally, the airplane is outfitted with a retractable landing gear and a variable pitch propeller. 

The S/N BPU012-13, produced in 2013, is accident-free and will undergo its next annual inspection in February 2024. It had its motor/general overhaul Part 1 in 2021 and Part 2 in 2022. The Rotax 912ULS motor has a TBO of 2000 hours.

Furthermore, the airplane features a new electric fuel pump, overhauled fuel system with new hoses, valves, and filters. Recently, the oil was entirely replaced, and the plane's oil cooling was enlarged with a Rotax 915iS. The propeller (MTV-33-1-A/175-200 s/n 130780) and the governor (P-850-12UL – Seriennummer 220-0037) underwent overhauls in 2022. 

The aircraft has a BRS E Junkers Magnum 601 with the next check due in August 2026. It also has a Lithium battery LiFePO4 (12V/20Ah) as the primary battery and underwent bulletin BPU-SB-27-0022 where the elevator's mass balance was executed. 

The plane has two wing tanks with 35 liters each, an additional removable fuel tank with 23 liters, totaling 93 liters. The Blackshape Prime has a Behringer brake, an Avionik Vordersitz Dynon EFIS Display Skyview SV-D1000, Dynon-Backup-Battery, Garmin GTR225 radio, and a Mode-S-Transponder Dynon TRIG TT-21 in Dynon integrated. The second cockpit has a Flybox AH instrument and complete control elements.

The Dynon Skyview autopilot with AP-Panel, Knopf panel, and servos is removed and can be purchased at an additional cost. The plane has all documents, maintenance reports, and invoices, and test flights can be arranged for a fee. Instructional flights are also available.

I am selling the aircraft because I enjoy flying different planes that provide new experiences. After 200 hours on the Blackshape, it is time to move on.
