C42 Mit rotax 80 PS

Description

For sale is a C42A aircraft, built in 1999. The engine and airframe have 1346 operating hours (still being flown). The engine is a Rotax 80 HP, and the propeller is a KievProp BB 263/1700 with 3 blades. The last annual inspection was conducted in 03/2023 and will be renewed before handover.

The empty weight, measured in 03/2023, is 295.5 kg, and the maximum takeoff weight is 472.5 kg. The aircraft is equipped with a Magnum HSSP rescue system, last repacked in 07/2025. The rocket's expiration date is also 07/2025. The fuel tanks have a capacity of 2 x 50 liters.

Additional features include wheel fairings for all three wheels, three hangar trolleys from Becker, landing lights, and left/right anti-collision lights. The communication radio is an ATR 833S from F.U.N.K.E. 

The instrumentation consists of a Silva compass, Rotax tachometer, Winter variometer, Motometer gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and cylinder head temperature, and a Winter altimeter. The seats have been fitted with new seat cushions, and the original Comco ceiling suspension is available.

In January/February 2021, at 1301 operating hours, the carburetor was overhauled, including the installation of four new floats. Subsequent maintenance includes a new mechanical fuel pump, new fuel filters, new fuel hoses in the engine area, new carburetor flanges, and new air filters. The battery was replaced in 8/2021.
