This meticulously maintained airplane has had only one owner for the past 8 years, flown with a PPL license. The aircraft is fully equipped and well-maintained, making it a top performer for short takeoffs. Built in 2003 by Roland Aircraft as a German version with significant improvements over the original kit.

Powered by a Rotax 912 ULS engine, 100HP, installed new in 2015 with only 122 hours of total engine time since then. The airframe has only 842 hours since new, with no maintenance backlog or known damages. Avionics include a 8.33kHz KRT 2 radio installed new in 2017, Mode S TRT800H transponder installed new in 2010, traffic monitor TM250 installed new in 2011, and ELT ACK 406 installed new in 2015, among other instruments.

The aircraft features a 2-seat intercom, electrically adjustable propeller (second propeller available if desired), artificial horizon (vacuum), and all necessary flight and engine monitoring instruments. It comes with new tires, a new nose wheel fork, and overhauled main wing spar.

Additional features include a new mechanical fuel pump in 2023, TOST towing coupling (unused since new engine installation by owner), and will come with a new JNP at the time of sale. Maintenance records are available since new. Currently stationed in Höfen/Tirol LOIR.
