A meticulously maintained airplane is now available for sale. This aircraft has undergone various upgrades and maintenance procedures, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. 

The carburetor has recently been completely overhauled, with the replacement of all gaskets, floats, and ultrasonic cleaning. This service was carried out in March 2022, and the associated invoice is available as proof. 

In addition, the gearbox has been thoroughly inspected and revised in April 2022, at 1095 engine hours. The invoice for this service is also included. 

All maintenance has been performed by certified workshops and a qualified ROTAX IRMT owner. Numerous invoices documenting the upkeep of the aircraft are available, providing a comprehensive maintenance history. 

The aircraft is equipped with a brand new Eprop Durandal propeller, reinforced with titanium, which was installed in April 2023. The original propeller, in perfect condition, is also included in the sale. 

The most recent 100-hour inspection was conducted in March 2023 at 1150 engine hours, and the next one is scheduled to occur in 79 hours. Rest assured, the aircraft is in perfect working order, and a synchronization check will be performed prior to the sale. 

The airplane has always been stored in a hangar, on a solid concrete floor, ensuring its protection and longevity. 

All logbook entries detailing flight and maintenance records are up to date, demonstrating the aircraft's impeccable maintenance history. 

The aircraft is currently located at LFPA (Val d'Oise, 95), and is equipped with a 8.33 kHz radio and transponder, as well as ADSB-Out. 

The airframe has accumulated a total of 2209 hours, with room for further growth. The engine has 1171 hours and has a potential remaining lifespan of 2000 hours.
