For sale Ikarus C42B The plane has since complete rebuild about 20 hours. Still flying. The plane was completely disassembled and al parts which had to be replaced or repaired, have been done. New painting, complete new cover, original Ikarus. The plane has about 4800hours. The engine Rotax 912 ULS is from an experimental Europa which has near 750 hours. Avmap digital horizon Radio 8.33 Brand new transponder Nav light Towing hook Original Ikarus Winglets New painting Very comfortable leather seat custom made. I also changed the throttle because I hate the original one. The new one is very precise to handle. I didn't use stickers on the outside because I dont like these. I prefer white. I prepared the plane for myself because I wanted to put the plane on floats. But the certification in Germany for that makes it impossible. So I'm looking now for a flying boat. The cruising speed is about 185 kph at 4900RPM. The plane has a newly packed ballistic parachute system. So no need to invest any money in it. If there are any questions please contact me.
