Description

For sale due to retirement, my airplane will be available from September 1st. The aircraft has the following instrumentation: Flydat (Rotax), Slip/Skid Indicator, Altimeter, Airspeed Indicator, Variometer, and Compass (Winter). Additionally, it is equipped with a Fuel Consumption Indicator, Amp./Volt (Flybox), Fuel Pressure (Rotax), Funk (F.U.N.K.E.) Radio, Transponder (Garmin GTX 30) S, Navigation Aera 660 (Garmin), and a Lenovo Tablet (Flymap).

The aircraft also features navigation lights, landing lights, and an Aircraft Collision Light (ACL). It has a maintenance history that includes a complete brake overhaul 18 months ago, a new battery 12 months ago, a new water cooler, new tires, and a Helix Prop 3BL fixed for 12 months. The right door (cockpit window) was replaced 8 months ago.

The aircraft comes with a weight report using a Junkers Prop, currently weighing 308.4 kg but can be adjusted to 305 kg. The annual inspection is valid until July 2023, and the parachute was newly packed in July 2023. The wings hold 50 liters of fuel with an additional 6 liters in the Headertank. The fuel consumption at 4750 rpm is approximately 14 liters per hour, resulting in a speed of 170 km/h. The total flight time is 1,370 hours using the Rotax 912 engine. The aircraft was built in 2000 and is still being flown.

Various spare parts are included, such as foot brake tips, a Junkers Prop (150 hours), various hoses, and a new Headertank. If desired, an electrical motor preheating system for winter operations can be provided.
