I am selling my well-maintained and reliable airplane, which comes with several desirable features. With a retractable landing gear and a powerful 80 horsepower Rotax 912 engine equipped with an airbox, this airplane is ready for adventure. The aircraft has a total weight of approximately 303 kg and can be easily folded and unfolded by one person within 5-10 minutes.

The engine and airframe of this aircraft have accumulated about 700 hours of flight time, with 400 of those hours flown by myself in the past 5 years. The parachute rescue system, a USH 520 Cont., is valid until October 2040, providing an additional layer of safety and peace of mind.

Recent upgrades and replacements have been made, including new tires, brake calipers, brake pads, and brake fluid. The Woodcomp "Klassic" propeller, both carburetors, front wheel suspension, steering damper, and door damper have also been recently replaced, ensuring optimal performance for the next owner.

The aircraft is equipped with a range of modern avionics, including an Avmap Ultra Mini Efis, Avmap Engibox, and a Ladedruck Anzeige. The TRX 1500 Traffic and Flarm with Air Control Display measuring 80mm provides advanced traffic awareness, and a WLAN connection allows for traffic display on a tablet. The transponder, a Garrecht VT01 ADSB in/out, ensures compliance with air traffic control requirements.

Communication in the air is made seamless with the included TQ KRT 2 radio, and an ELT adds an additional safety feature. The Flybox Fuelflow Meter provides accurate fuel data, and two USB charging ports offer convenience for electronic devices. The aircraft is also equipped with Thiessen Nav. LED lights on the wings and vertical stabilizer, as well as two LED landing lights.

Other notable features include a LiFePo battery, a Piper-style external thermometer, a vertical compass, an Adriatica stopwatch, a cover for the cabin, a tow bar for the front wheel, and foot-operated brakes on both sides. Additionally, a RAM Mount ball is included for easy tablet mounting.

This airplane is a gentle, secure, and robust travel companion, ideal for both experienced pilots and those new to flying. It has been regularly maintained and can be conveniently stored in a hangar due to its folding wings. I am only selling it because I am acquiring a new aircraft.
