Description

Located at EDRO airfield, this aircraft with serial number 980101 was built in February 1998. The airframe and engine have logged 988 hours, with the 80 horsepower Rotax engine featuring an oil cooler and thermostat. The gearbox, replaced by Rotax at 185 hours with a slip clutch, has been well-maintained. The carburetor was overhauled by Rotax at 230 hours. 

Equipped with a Junkers Magnum Light/Speed parachute system (SN 3092) complete with a new rocket installed and serviced until March 2029 (extendable to 2034), safety is a top priority. The next annual inspection is due in August 2024. The aircraft is fitted with Beringer brakes, navigation lighting, KRT 2 8.33 radio, TRT 800 Mode S transponder, AvMAP EFIS display, and a suite of essential gauges including a tachometer, voltmeter, oil pressure gauge, oil thermometer, water thermometer, fuel pressure gauge, fuel gauge, and an hour meter.
