Description

For sale due to health reasons is my well-equipped and efficient airplane. It has a cruising speed of approximately 170 km/h at around 3100 rpm, consuming approximately 5.8 liters per hour. The aircraft has currently logged around 330 operating hours and 532 takeoffs. It is located at EDLM, always stored in a hangar, and has only been privately used.

The airplane features adjustable ventilation and heating for optimal comfort. The pedals can be adjusted from the seat for added convenience. There is a luggage compartment located behind the seat for storing personal belongings. The airplane is equipped with Aveo position lights and strobes. It has a glide ratio of 1:13 and is equipped with the GRS 4/240 whole aircraft parachute system, which was last inspected in February 2028.

The aircraft is powered by a 30 horsepower Kohler CH 750 engine and features a Helix H30F propeller. The fuel tank has a capacity of approximately 28 liters. The instrumentation includes a KRT2 radio, a TRIG TT21 transponder, and a headset connection. There is also a 12 VDC socket for additional convenience. The motor is monitored using MGL-Avionics analog instruments, as shown in the pictures.

The next scheduled maintenance is at 351 operating hours, and the next annual inspection is due in May 2024. The aircraft's logbook is complete and well-maintained. It is in excellent maintenance and cosmetic condition considering its age.
