I am selling a high-quality airplane with impressive features. The aircraft is equipped with a powerful 100 PS Rotax ULS engine, which has only been used for 110 hours and comes with a valid Rotax certificate. 

Some notable features of this airplane include a Rotax Airbox with drip cups and carburetor preheating. It also has dual controls and dual throttle for added convenience and safety. 

The plane is equipped with a wing tank on both the left and right sides, each with a capacity of 35 liters, as well as an additional 20-liter auxiliary tank. 

The aircraft features an electric retractable landing gear with a control indicator and a visible inspection window for the front wheel. 

Other noteworthy features include electric landing flaps with LED indicators, electric trim control with a display that can be adjusted on the control stick, and a Woodcomp Vario electric propeller that can be adjusted using the control stick. The propeller is brand new. 

For enhanced safety and braking, the airplane is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes and a Kaspar brake cylinder. Additionally, there is an extra electric fuel pump for added reliability. 

The airplane also has winglets with LED strobe lights and LED position lights, making it more visible during flights. 

In terms of safety, the aircraft is equipped with a BRS-6 1050 parachute system, which is valid until November 2029. 

There are various storage compartments, including a 15-liter glove compartment in the panel and a spacious luggage compartment. The heating system is adjustable for added comfort. 

The airplane is equipped with aviation circuit breakers, a 12V charging socket, and a large adjustable air vent. The cockpit canopy can be locked from the outside for added security. 

The avionics system includes a KTR 8.33 radio with a headset for the pilot, as well as a transponder with S Mode (KTX-2). A 7" tablet can be mounted using the included bracket. 

The aircraft's weight, as per the weigh report, is 334.5 kg, and the maximum allowed weight is 472.5 kg. 

The instrumentation includes water and oil temperature gauges, a voltmeter, an oil pressure gauge, and a tachometer. Additionally, there is an EFIS AV Map, an airspeed indicator, a turn and bank indicator, and an altimeter. 

The main landing gear of the airplane is cushioned by shock absorbers, providing a smooth landing experience. 

The pilot's safety is ensured with a Schroth seatbelt, suitable for pilots up to a height of 180 cm.
