Dallach Fascination D4

Description

For sale is my Fascination D4B (retractable landing gear) built in 1998, second-hand with only 2 pilots flown, totaling 1040 hours on the airframe as a project assignment. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I must sell this sleek aircraft. The following work has been completed or renewed on the aircraft:
- Previous damages by the former owner (Rainer Bettenhausen, Herkules Flight School), a Class 5 examiner with his own UL workshop, have been fixed.
- Rotax engine (912) installed and synchronized with approximately 650 hours.
- All water and oil hoses replaced.
- Oil change, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, and spark plugs replaced.
- New gas strut installed on the nose wheel and the hydraulic cylinder overhauled.
- 90% of all electrical cables have been replaced.
- New battery.
- Entire cockpit is new, with all switches and LED lights, as well as landing light.
- New tires and tubes.
- Cowling has been refurbished and repainted.
- Both carburetors overhauled.
- All bolts, nuts, washers replaced during work.
- New rescue device installed: Magnum High Speed SP, next repack due 09/27, full expiration 09/33. JNP recently done with weighing. Insurance paid till the end of the year.
Tasks that still need to be completed but are optional include: 
- Building 2 drip trays as none are available for the Fasci.
- Heating box needed.
